Delivery & Pickups

Delivery Update:

Order now for Pre-Christmas delivery. We are currently experiencing high order volume. Please allow extra time for delays.

Covid-19 Update:

We are shipping with contactless delivery.

We’ve streamlined your purchasing journey with our delivery or pickup options for our trampolines.


As part of our launch special, when you purchase a trampoline, delivery is on the house! We will deliver your brand new trampoline and any add-on accessories straight to your doorstep, as long as you order them together and live within New Zealand.

Once we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation email which will include a Mainfreight tracking number. This tracking number will become active once Mainfreight has picked your order up (allow for up to 72 hours).

Expected delivery times from the time of order through to delivery are currently 10-14 business days.

Please Note:

Accessories ordered seperately from Trampolines will ocur a small courier fee at checkout.


Covid-19 Update:

Pickups (collections) are unavailable for Auckland at this time. Please use our Free Shipping option for contactless delivery.

If you select our Pickup option, you will receive a phone call from our customer care team within 48 hours of us receiving your order to advise what date and the time your trampoline can be picked up.

Auckland Customers will be able to collect their Trampoline from our warehouse location in the North Shore, however accessories will be couriered straight to your door.
