How do I track my order?

Trampoline Purchases

Trampolines (and slides) are delivered using Mainfreight2Home service. When you purchase online, you'll be emailed a 'sales order confirmation' which contains a pre-populated mainfreight tracking link that will become active once the orders is scanned and collected from the warehouse.

If you can't find this sales order confirmation email, you can track it manually following these steps:

  1. Go to the Mainfreight Website

  2. In the tracking number box, enter the letters "SP" followed by your order number (without spacing):

  3. Press Track.


All accessories (except for the slide) are currently shipped separately from our Christchurch warehouse using Fastway. You will be emailed directly from Fastway with updates.
